Taylor is a compassionate, diligent, and enlightened esthetician with over years of experience in the industry. Gaining her expertise in the Luxury Spa setting she brings that type of eloquence to her own business. She is professionally educated by Cortiva Institute of Massage & Skincare and is licensed in the State of Maryland.

A creative by heart she attended Virigina Commonwealth University and received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree with a minor’s degree in Media Studies.

The concept of being an entrepreneur has lived in the forefront of her mind since graduating from VCU. Starting with the development of her Five Sense Gifting Company, which curated gifts based on the senses. Outsourcing 100% of the items placed within each basket proved expensive and lacked efficiency. In order to achieve faster fulfillment and to keep cost low by formulating her own body butters. This sparked her interest within the skincare community. Attending pop-ups and networking with other small businesses intrigued her and from there she knew that she wanted to create a business that can be left as a legacy.

One event in particular stands out when reflecting on what shifted her mindset from formulation to application. After receiving feedback regarding a eucalyptus and mint body butter that was sold at a local market, it was noted that a customer experienced a mild flare up after application, and after further consultation it was discovered that the customer was experiencing an eczema flare up. Priding herself in full understanding it was evident she needed to understand more about the skin before she continued this venture and from their Obsidian Radiance Oasis, LLC was born.
