During this time, we must support each other where we can and at Obsidian Radiance Oasis, LLC we want to do our part. Those who have been affected directly emotionally and financially by the shutdown deserve time to reprieve and relax. 

After booking a qualifying treatment we will give you a certificate to share. Please complete this form after booking a Signature or Platinum Treatment.

Requirements:

- Recipient of free service must be a federal government employee directly impacted by the shutdown.

- Recipient must be able to present identification at an appointment. 

- Valid for one time and for one guest.

Please Note:

- Qualifying Signature Treatment must be booked between Nov 1, 2025, and January 1, 2026. 

- After the qualifying appointment, you will receive a certificate to share and at this time we will gather additional information of the recipient being gifted (name, email, and phone number).

- Notice will be sent 24-hours after the completion of the qualifying Signature Treatment.

-Recipient has 3 months to book an appointment after receiving notice of appointment. 

- Purchasing guests does not need to be a federal government employee.
